这是一个人人都可以成为魔法使的世界，只要办理了相关的手续，每个人都可以合法的使用魔法，让生活更加便捷。但是，魔法使分为见习和正式两类，见习魔法使唯有遵循魔法守则，好好修炼，多多利用魔法帮助他人，才有机会转正。我们的主角，天正可爱的少女菊池梦（宫崎葵 配音）就是这样一位善良的见习魔法使。
为了接受魔法使的训练，梦从家乡来到了东京。繁华的大城市让她眼花缭乱，幸亏路人的相助，梦才得以找到自己的导师小山田雅美（诹访部顺一 配音）。为什么要使用魔法？魔法究竟带来的是幸福还是灾难？带着这些疑问，梦开始了自己的魔法修行，在经历了世间种种的悲欢离合后，梦逐渐的明白了魔法存在的意义。。In the year 2772, a meteor of unknown origin collides with the planet Earth, transforming it and some of its inhabitants forever. Included in this transformation are the descendants of the classic Looney Tunes characters, who become super-powered heroes, yet still retaining the wacky personalities of their ancestors.。Follows three scientists who come to a village to find a treasure, but things don't turn easy for them because there is black magic in that village.三个科学家来到一个村庄寻宝，但村里似乎有黑魔法……。
