1995年，归乡的赵凤声因误会被老街乡亲们排挤，于是为了解除误会，以赵凤声为首的“老街四害”粉碎黑恶阴谋，化解恩怨情仇，终守住了故土安宁。。影片以野外凶杀，暗示了犯罪处处存在，以及对社会暴力和人性凶残的关注。剧情主要为一班青少年到郊处露宿，几个流氓突然出现，将其中一名女生强暴后杀死。其父以暴易暴，与流氓展开了厮杀……。Vali and Mina are 2 sisters who oppose everything. One is a singer dreamer and emotional. The other is a therapist, distant and rational. Their father ends up finding the perfect opportunity to bring them together and try to reconcile them。
