故事发生在遥远的1890年，邪恶的吸血鬼德古拉化身成为成功美国企业家艾伦（乔纳森·莱斯·梅耶斯 Jonathan Rhys Meyers 饰）来到伦敦，他此行有两个目的，一是研究当时十分发达的电力科学，而是找到曾经的仇人，向其施以无情的报复。
