全作故事以莉莉安女子学园的传统为主轴，身为一年级新生的主角 福泽佑巳遇上了二年级的 小笠原祥子，两人在经历重重障碍后成为「姊妹」的关系。故事就围绕著学生会「山百合会」中的朋友和同学们展开。
