刚完成PTU机动防暴队训练的柠檬仔及Sammy被选为第一代阳光警察。他们的魅力吸引了一群年青人投考警察，大批fans跟踪他们，而两人更被发掘拍广告和电影。这些虚荣带给他们不少满足感，然而他们开始怀疑自己。一天，他们当值时遇到一班贵族学校的顽劣学生被绑匪胁持并勒索其亲人，二人唯有靠自己的能力去拯救……。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee). Rutherford explains that he owes his current incapacitation to an attack by an inmate. Rutherford reveals his unorthodox plan to determine Martin's suitability for the post of head...。
