故事发生在风景秀丽民风淳朴的流川市，宇佐美奈奈子（伊藤美来 配音）是生活在那里的一名平凡的女高中生。市里新建的游泳池即将完工开门营业，奈奈子和朋友们越好到时候一起去玩。奈奈子想要一件新的泳装，无奈价格昂贵她只能向妈妈求助，然而妈妈却拒绝了奈奈子的请求，一时之间，奈奈子感到无计可施。
