善良的道长林正英开设祭坛，供奉那些被母亲堕胎以致肉体毁灭无法投胎的灵婴。祭坛中的灵婴大多天真可爱，但有三个因三番五次被堕胎，戾气十足，邪恶无比。道长命徒儿秋生和文才将婴灵的偶人送至师妹蔗姑处供养，却不慎将尚未修炼完毕的邪恶灵婴放走，附在正英旧情人莲妹的身上。
