铃木集团的新饭店落成，受铃木集团大小姐铃木园子的邀请，柯南、小兰、阿笠博士，小哀等人都出席了宴会。宴会当中，吃了蛋糕的柯南和小哀发觉身体起了异常的变化。原来在蛋糕里，含有那种能让他们身体暂时恢复原样的酒精成分。柯南和小哀也因此变回了原本的样子……。
