Driven to find another unsuspecting spouse| he discovers that his new bride, a widow, is no foo...。台湾学生刘彦伶在间隔年来到大陆后对汉阙了发生了兴趣。她在清华建筑系完成读博士学位期间制作了本片。阙是汉代具体而微的缩影，本片探究缘起兴起及其文化内涵，即从一个侧面了解了中国汉代的体制和文化构成，了解汉代人的世俗生活和精神生活，及其兴衰的内里。 通过对汉阙的建筑形式、社会变迁、精神信仰、历史风貌等方面的描绘与重构，探寻东汉时期人们对于生死的态度，以及对今人生死观的深层次拷问。该纪录片先后到北京、西安、成都、简阳等地进行拍摄。 第一集壮丽重威第二集忠孝礼义第三集神仙安在第三集通天之路。
