So...。石桥留美子（菅野美穗饰）曾经是以为非常富有才华的自由作家，对文学和写作充满了热情。在和丈夫丰（和田聪宏饰）结婚之后，为了抚养孩子们，留美子不得不暂时封笔，将自己的梦想束之高阁，但这么多年过去，她始终没有放弃过对于写作的执念，并且一直想要复出。。とある秋の日、キャンプに出かけて行ったすみっコたち。空を見上げると、いつもより大きく青く輝く月が。 「５年に１度おとずれる、青い大満月の夜。 魔法使いたちが町にやってきて、夢を叶えてくれる」 伝説のとおり、すみっコたちの町に魔法使いの5人きょうだいが舞い下りてきた！ 公園、スーパーマーケット、森の中。 次々と魔法がかけられ、キラキラに彩られた町はまるでパーティー会場のよう。 やがて楽しい夜に終わりが近づき、月へ帰っていく魔法使いたち。 そこにはなぜか…たぴおかの姿が!?すえっコの“ふぁいぶ”と間違えて連れていかれてしまって…？。
