《狮神决战之终极一战》为《狮神决战》的续集，延续第一部的故事，讲述Mikey（王伟良饰）和Babyface（林俊良饰）在舞狮创意比赛后，与狮神（张智杨饰）产生磨擦，后来狮神又发现Mikey对小雨（程砚秋饰）怀有爱慕之情，而对他产生敌意，究竟在最后的总决赛会发生什么事呢？4人之间的友谊是否还能长存？。An ancient pig-like demon is set upon a group of college students by a mysterious being called The Dealer. Once they make a deal, and their wishes come true, the beast will take the students to his slaughterhouse in hell. Another mysterious being called The Messenger tries warning them, but it is too late, as each of the victims will have to face the beast Pigster。
