此时，被革职的锦衣卫百户张柳成带着因告发此事，而被东厂灭门一家的遗孤欢儿来到此地，寻找被征召进入司礼猎场的猎户弟弟张柳平。却不料遭受到变异丧虎的袭击。但危机只是开始，很快，瘟疫使得老虎迅速集结近百只，将小镇团团围住，一时间镇民接连遭到猛虎屠戮，全城危在旦夕！
张柳成挺身而出，准备带领欢儿和镇中百姓逃出生天，但他不知道的是，“猎场”里还有比野兽更凶猛的惊天秘密……。
