He wants to make a film about women but he doesn’t reveal much: he observes them, takes cue, until his imaginary throw them into another era, in a past where the noise of the sewing machines fills a workplace handled and populated by women, where men have minor and marginal roles and cinema...。讲述一对恋人鸳梦难圆的感伤故事，因采用莫扎特第二十一钢琴协奏曲慢板音乐为主题，使莫扎特这首曲子知名度猛增，以至于唱片商乐谱商出版该曲时，往往会标明“Elvira Madigan”。
