Top brings along his friend, "Gun," a flight attendant, who was just ordered to take a leave without pay, and "Film," a talented photographer ...。香港富豪何老板来到深圳的地下拍卖行，买走一幅出土不久的名画。因害怕被警方查获，便安排一直有合作的顺风车司机贾山川押送画，自己则坐在另一辆车上跟随监控。不料，车子没开出多久，便被碰瓷人阻挡了去路，跟贾山川失去联系。其实这时，贾山川正被网恋了两个月，却从未见过面的"女友"小雅引到了婚礼现场。等二人再见面时，恍然发现，放在贾山川车上的画不翼而飞。贾山川成为第一怀疑对象，为自证清白，同时也为得到何老板开出的巨额寻画奖金，便与何老板一起踏上寻画路。与上级失去联系的小雅，无意中听到何老板承诺给贾山川巨额赏金一事，也动了心，于是主动提出加入。一辆车，三个各怀鬼胎的人，开启了一段奇幻的寻画之旅……。
