Because even though I love you, I still think of others…。蓝剑突击队的特警队员在紧张地备战国际军警技能大赛，队里决定开展系列实战对抗演练，选拔优秀队员代表中国参赛。二队队长刘浪和他的队员们在日常训练中一贯表现不佳，处处被一队的成员比下去，刘浪为了鼓励大家并激发队员潜力想尽了办法。在实战对抗期间，特警队员们协助禁毒队开展了针对外籍毒贩的抓捕行动，经过实战的洗礼，全队人员在心理和战术上都得到了提高。第二次对抗演练中整个二队超水平发挥，和一贯优秀的一队平起平坐。正当大家摩拳擦掌准备一决胜负的时候，禁毒队找到了制毒基地的位置，参加对抗演练的特警精英们被选拔出来，协助禁毒队开展突击行动。他们在练习场上是你争我夺的对手，在实战中变成了背靠背的默契搭档，最终成功完成了任务。。
