卡加尔（Karisma Kapoor）是夏尔马教授（Alok Nath）的女儿。卡兰（Sunny Deol）是犯罪头子噶加拉.乔德利（Amrish Puri）手下的得力助手。在一个偶然的机会卡兰和卡加尔首次认识，卡加尔第一次见卡兰的是不太喜欢他。因为卡兰是社会败类，但渐渐她觉得卡兰不是那么坏，只是他从小没有父亲就没养好。卡兰和卡加尔多次见面，彼此理解，堕入爱河了。但卡加尔从小一起长的朋友拉朱（Salman Khan）回国后，卡加尔的父亲坚持把女儿嫁给好朋友儿子拉朱。卡兰很伤心，好像自己的心已经破碎了，所以他回归了自己原路- 犯罪路。。Cindy (Sara Drust) returns to her family home after the death of her father to settle some disputes.
