每集以中醫醫理、西方醫學的角度，細談不同的生理與心理病症，包括都市病、流行性疾病，還會因應不同病症，帶來業界最新或最有科學根據的治療方案，讓觀眾參考。節目亦邀請本人(或其親朋)曾患上該病症的藝人，以「過來人」身分，訴說患病和康復的心路歷程。。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage...。
