The world has been ravaged by vampires. A group of survivors band together to search for loved ones who may be alive, dead or something in between, eventually taking shelter in what may be the only safe hideout left to them. And prisons aren't the safest place to be when your friends can turn on you at any time.。30岁医生徐允在（孔侑饰）被只有18岁的高中生姜京俊(申元浩饰)灵魂附身。因意外灵魂交换的徐允在经四处打听来到昏迷中的姜京俊所在医院，却发现自己的照片出现在医院海报上，原来这家医院就是徐允在之前工作的地方。允在的未婚妻吉多兰（李敏贞饰）因为未婚夫的突然转变也遭遇了前所未有的经历……。本作は1960年代前半の東京を舞台に、まだ何者でもない“少年ルパン”が高度経済成長期の日本を駆け巡るオリジナルストーリー。アニメーションでルパンの少年期が描かれるのは今回が初めてだ。原作者のモンキー・パンチが描いた少年期（ジャリルパン）からヒントを得る形で、13歳の中学生がいかにして大泥棒ルパン三世となったのかという始まりの物語が全6話で紡がれる。。
