KENNETH、SUNNY和阿SAM自学校毕业后就在社会上打滚，由于接触到不同的行业，因此听闻的鬼故事也比较丰富，一年一度的聚会上，这几个对灵异事件充满好奇的朋友，决定相约一聚，应邀出席的还有他们的两个老师。聚会上，几人都说出了这一年来听说的恐怖故事，每个都令人感到不寒而栗，但他们分享完这些故事之后，却遇到了最恐怖的遭遇……。In 1997, scientists and local government officials face life-and-death decisions when a destructive flood wave threatens the city.
