The film follows young activists around the globe Anuna and Adélaïde (Belgium), Luisa (Germany), Léna ...。已进入公元2000年，美国各地高中校园内暴力猖獗，少年各自拥枪自重，不时引发枪战。后经蓝福博士提供「铁腕教学」计画，青尔校长采用蓝福设计的人形机器教师，分别是哈丁、普莱先生和康纳小姐，皆具备文武兼修的精密程式。三位机器人老师，对付顽劣的学生生辄动拳脚交加，未几便立威服众。一日，学生桑尼吸食毒品被哈丁撞见，桑尼拔枪欲反抗，激怒哈丁，遭他下重手取了性命，此事为寇迪窥见。哈丁的密秘寇迪识破，他与普莱、康莱联手施反间计，杀害寇迪寇迪胞弟挑起帮派火拚、借刀杀人。。方丈慧云离奇失踪，龙山寺求援于杨天淳，杨天淳化身铁猴子潜入秘密组织，发现秘密组织竟然用秘籍、金钱、绑架的方法纠集了一批武功高手进行赌斗，失败者结局就是死，铁猴子得如何揭穿阴谋救出众人呢？。
