《伊萨卡》是根据美国作家威廉·萨洛扬（ William Saroyan）1943年的长篇小说《人间喜剧》（The Human Comedy）改编的，故事围绕着居住在加州小镇“伊萨卡”的14岁少年荷马（Homer Macauley）展开，哥哥去欧洲作战后，家中就剩下他来照顾妈妈、姐姐以及4岁的弟弟尤利西斯（Ulysses）。荷马是小镇上的自行车电报送信员，在1942年的那个春夏，他为小镇上的居民送去了无数承载着爱、痛苦、死亡以及希望的消息，也从一个男孩成长为了男子汉。。British Army radiation drills at a remote Scottish base attract a subterranean, radioactive entity of unknown nature that vanishes, leaving two severely radiation-burned soldiers... and a "bottomless" crack in the earth. Others who meet the thing in the night suffer likewise, and with increasing severity| it seems to be able to "absorb" radiation from any source, growing bigger...。快递员小哥鲍健（赵英俊饰）怀疑自己经历了时间循环，却被人误会精神失常，把他关进了疯人院。在大闹疯人院紧急出逃的过程中，他因精神病人刀疤强（于洋饰）等人的离奇经历深受触动。新一天到来，鲍健又出现在循环开始的家中，他决意利用循环预知未来，开豪车泡美女，实现暴富逆袭。在奢靡的日子里摆烂的鲍健爱上了女作家（史策饰），随后疯狂示爱。谁料在循环中互相治愈的二人意外卷入违法交易和黑帮火拼之中，生死难料……。
